Diver Outruns Police Boat After Replacing Oxygen Tank With NOS

KEY WEST—Local authorities confirmed Saturday that a “recreational” diver successfully outran a police boat after replacing his standard oxygen tank with a nitrous oxide system, triggering what officials described as “a brief but alarming burst of superhuman underwater acceleration.”

According to reports, officers initially attempted to stop the diver for entering a restricted marine area before witnessing him reach back, twist a valve, and immediately enter a NOS injection sequence similar to the one seen in The Fast and the Furious.
